Hygiene Maids is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, online quote requests, and bookings from homeowners across Dallas-Fort Worth. You'll work from a quiet remote setup or our DFW office, helping customers pick the right service and confirming their first appointment.

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails within service-level targets
  • Convert quote requests into booked cleanings using our scripts and CRM
  • Resolve scheduling, billing, and reschedule questions with empathy
  • Document every interaction accurately in the CRM

What we look for

  • 1+ year of customer service, sales, or front-desk experience preferred
  • Comfortable using web-based CRM and booking software (Zendesk/HubSpot/Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal English; bilingual Spanish a strong plus
  • Quiet remote setup with reliable internet, or willingness to work in our DFW office

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day scheduling, dispatch, and route coverage
  • Coach the cleaning and customer service teams; support hiring and onboarding
  • Track KPIs (utilization, on-time %, NPS, retention) and report weekly
  • Maintain vendor, payroll, and compliance documentation

What we look for

  • 2+ years in operations, ops management, or service-business leadership
  • Strong with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and modern booking/CRM software
  • Comfortable making schedule and staffing decisions under pressure
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check
