What's included in a standard cleaning?

Kitchens (counters, stovetop exterior, sink, exterior of appliances), bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors), bedrooms and living areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash). Add-ons like inside fridge/oven and interior windows are available.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients give us entry instructions or a code. We're licensed, bonded, and insured.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner is W-2, trained, and background-checked before their first visit.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, a small fee applies to compensate the team.

Yes. If anything we cleaned isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free of charge.
