House Cleaning Services in Newman Village, Frisco

Cleaning built for Newman Village homes

Newman Village is a gated master-planned community of large stone-and-brick homes on generous lots, most built in the last fifteen years with open two-storey living spaces.

Entry is through a staffed or coded gate, and the open double-height rooms make dusting a ladder job rather than a pole job.

Open two-storey living spaces are the defining feature and they change what the work is: a family room that runs to the roof has a fan and a light fitting well out of reach, a tall window run above the fireplace, and a gallery landing whose balustrade overlooks it. All of that is ladder work rather than pole work, and it is done before anything below it. Stone and brick exteriors carry through into stone fireplace surrounds and tiled entries inside. Kitchens are large with an island, a walk-in pantry and a separate utility room, and the utility room is where the outside grit is dropped before it reaches the rest of the house.

A staffed or coded gate is the entry and it is arranged in advance rather than talked through at the barrier. Lot sizes here are generous, which means the drive takes the van comfortably and there is an outside tap. The houses are large enough that the walking distance between the far bedroom and the kitchen is a real part of the hour, so the visit is planned as a route rather than a list. Double-height glazing facing the garden collects a mineral film from irrigation on the lower panes and dust on the upper ones, and those two need different treatment on the same window.
