Here’s what to expect when you ask Hygiene Maids for a custom cleaning estimate.
What changes your price
7 things decide the figure we send back. They are the same inputs our booking engine prices against, so nothing on the quote is a rule of thumb.
- Size of the space
- Square footage sets the base. If you are unsure, pick the closest range — we confirm it before the crew is scheduled.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Bathrooms carry more labor per room than bedrooms, so the mix matters as much as the count.
- Which cleaning
- A standard clean, a deep clean and a move-out clean are different checklists with different hours behind them.
- Condition on the day
- An empty home after a move, a property after builders, and a home cleaned two weeks ago are three different jobs.
- Add-ons you choose
- Oven interiors, fridge interiors, interior windows, cabinet interiors and laundry are priced per item rather than bundled.
- How often we come
- Weekly, biweekly and monthly service is discounted against the one-off price, and the discount is applied automatically.
- Where the job is
- The final figure includes the rate your own city charges, so the same home quotes a little differently in different parts of the metroplex.
How fast will I receive my cleaning quote?
Most quote requests are reviewed the same business day. If we need a few details about access, square footage, add-ons, or timing, we’ll call or text before finalizing your estimate.
Why do you review quotes instead of showing instant pricing?
Every home and business is different. Reviewing the request lets us price accurately for service type, condition, add-ons, frequency, location, and scheduling needs instead of giving a generic estimate.
Do I need to know my exact square footage?
No. Choose the closest range or select “Not sure.” We can confirm details before scheduling and adjust the quote if the space is larger or smaller than expected.
Can I request recurring cleaning from this form?
Yes. Select weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency and we’ll prepare a recurring-service quote with the best route availability for your area.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Cleanings are booked at least 24 hours ahead and up to 90 days out. That window is what lets us hold a real crew for your slot rather than provisionally penciling one in.
What if the home is in worse condition than I described?
Tell us on the call and we will re-quote before anyone is scheduled. We would rather adjust the estimate up front than send a crew with the wrong number of hours booked.
