Standard cleaning, per visit

A deep clean is the standard clean of the same home plus a flat $100: baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, grout and vents. A move-in or move-out clean is the standard clean plus a flat $150, for an empty home and an inspection. A rental turnover is priced per turnover. A plan that starts with a deep clean charges the deep price for the first visit and the standard plan rate after it.
