Farmers Branch is really two building eras sharing one city. North and west of the old centre — Brookhaven, Valley View, the streets around Rawhide Park — the houses went up in the 1950s and 1960s on generous lots, and the trees planted with them now shade the whole neighbourhood. East along the Interstate 35E and Interstate 635 junction, Mercer Crossing is recent: mid-rise apartments, townhome rows and detached homes built in the last decade around new lakes and trails.

The two halves need different visits. A Brookhaven house has original hardwood, painted wood trim, older tile and the kind of kitchen where the work is in the detail rather than the square footage. A Mercer Crossing unit has modern finishes but comes with controlled lobby access, garage parking and building rules about when a crew can use the service lift. We plan around whichever one you are in instead of running one checklist across both, and a fair amount of our work here is move-out cleaning as the newer stock turns over.
